Bashundhara Group Chairman mourns Abdul Monem Group's founder death

Bashundhara Group Chairman Ahmed Akbar Sobhan expressed his profound shock at the sad demise of Abdul Monem Group's founder Abdul Monem Khan. In a condolence message, he also prayed for salvation of the departed soul and expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved members of his family. Abdul Monem breathed his last while undergoing treatment at at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka on Sunday noon. A veteran civil engineer by profession Abdul Monem masterminded the AML Business, its expansion and growth horizontal integration and diversification. For his achievement in this respect, he was awarded ‘Commercially Important Person (CIP)’ status by the Government of Bangladesh several times.
