Australian Assistance to BTI Pledged, Workers for Global Job Market Soon

Bashundhara Technical Institute (BTI), human resource development unit of the Bashundhara Group, is planning to launch global standard courses on highly demanding vocations under Australian collaboration. The Chisholm Institute of Australia and the Bashundhara Technical Institute are likely to work together for developing qualified and skilled work force of great demand in the overseas market by best blending of theoretical and practical knowledge and education. A high-powered team led by Director of International Division of the Chisholm Institute, Victoria, Australia Ms. Christine Louey met the Chairman of the Bashundhara Group Mr. Ahmed Akbar Sobhan at his office this (Monday) afternoon. Regional Marketing Consultant (International Student Programs) of the Chisholm Institute Ms. Tracey Yarwood was also present at the meeting as the member of the team. They discussed different issues of cooperation and put emphasis on engaging collective efforts for uplifting the course standard of the Bashundhara Technical Institute (BTI) according to the requirement of the overseas job markets. Chairman of the Bashundhara Group and the representatives of the Chisholm Institute, Australia have agreed to sign an agreement of collaborations as soon as the modalities of partnership and reciprocal assistance are finalized. Earlier, the Chisholm Institute representatives met the Co-Chairman of the Bashundhara Group Sadat Sobhan. They exchanged greetings. Advisor to Bashundhara Group Mr. Azam Khan, Head of Unit (BTI) Mr. Nawsherul Alam, Advisor (Press & Media) Mr. Mohammad Abu Tayeb, Managing Director of the F Cubed Bangladesh Mr. Mohammad Prottoy Khan were also present at the meeting.
