Tree Plantation Campaign Launched in Saidpur

Bashundhara Shuvosangho has launched a tree plantation campaign in Saidpur upazila of Nilphamari.

Members of Shuvosangho took part in the sapling plantation programme at Kamarpukur Kalimia Jame Mosque Eidgah ground in Kamarpukur union on Wednesday.

Tree plantation campaign launched in SaidpurDuring the event, more than 50 saplings of fruit, forest and medicinal trees, including Krishnachura, Olive, Amalaki, Kanchan, Kamini Cherry, and Bakul, have been planted.

Shuvosangho unit President Md Nasim Reza Shah inaugurated the sapling planting programme while unit Vice President Md Matiur Rahman Moti, General Secretary Md Shafiqul Alam, Assistant General Secretary Sohagh Rana Dipu, Sports Secretary Sohel Rana, members Md Abdullah Al-Mamun Sohag, M Masum Parvez, and Md Amir Hossain, and assistant teachers Shamima Akhter, Jasmine Akhter Mukta, and Kaler Kantho upazila correspondent Tofazzal Hossain Lutu were present.
