Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Li Jiming on Wednesday visited country’s largest media outlet East West Media Group Limited complex in the capital’s Bashundhara Residential Area.
The envoy arrived at the media complex at 10:45am this morning. Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir along with the editors and senior journalists of different media houses of the complex gave him a floral reception on his arrival.
Editor of daily sun Enamul Hoque Chowdhury, Editor of Bangladesh Pratidin Naem Nizam, Editor of Kaler Kantho Imdadul Haq Milon, Editor of Banglanews24.com Jewel Mazhar, and Acting Editor of Kaler Kantho Mostofa Kamal, among others received the envoy.
Later, the envoy sat with the media personnel at a discussion meeting and exchanged views on various bilateral issues.
