Sayem Sobhan Anvir Managing Director of Bashundhara Group-ICMAB signs MoU

Country’s leading business conglomerate Bashundhara Group on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) with a view to exchanging technical and technological assistance. The MoU was signed at the conference room of East West Media Group Ltd (EWMGL) at Bashundhara Residential Area in city. This accord will help the Bashundhara Group and ICMAB to act as each other’s development partner and help to exchange technological and technical assistance. Managing Director of Bashundhara Group Sayem Sobhan Anvir and ICMAB president Mohammad Selim signed the accord on behalf of their respective parties. Sayem Sobhan handed over a cheque of Tk 25 lakhs to ICMAB as a symbol of development assistance. Among others, Editor-in-Chief of online news portal Banglanews24.com Alamgir Hossain, Kaler Kantha Editor Imdadul Haque Milon, Bangladesh Pratidin Editor Noeem Nizam, Daily Sun Editor Amir Hossain, Kaler Kantha Advisory Editor Amit Habib, Senior Deputy Managing Director of Bashundhara Group Belayet Hossain, Bashundhara Group Advisor (Information and Media) Mohammad Abu Tayeb and Bashundhara Group Head of Department of Brand and Marketing SM Jasim Uddin were present in the ceremony. Besides, ICMAB vice-president ASM Saikhul Islam, general secretary Jamal Ahmed Chowdhury, former president M Akhtaruzzaman and member M Belayet Hossain also were present here. The Public Relations Adviser of Bashundhara Group Lieutenant Colonel (retd) Khandekar Abdul Wahed moderated the ceremony.
