India Education Fair begins at Bashundhara City

A two-day fair styled ‘India Education Fair-2015’ kicked off at Bashundhara City in the capital city on Friday.
First Secretary (education) of Indian High Commission in Dhaka JB Mukherjee inaugurated the fair as the chief guest.
At least 30 universities from different parts of India are taking part in the fair and offering various courses. Both students and their guardians are visiting the fair and receiving necessary information about higher studies in India.
SAPE, one of the leading event management and educational promotion organizations of South East Asia, organised the fair. They expressed the hope that they will get satisfactory response from students.
Golam Mostafa, an assistant professor of a private university in Bangladesh, who were visiting the fair, said that the education system of India is far better than many other developed countries.
The fair is slated to end today.
Some renowned institutions that are participating in the event are Assam Down Town University, Adamas, Golden Regency Institute of Hospitality Management Group of College (Kolkata), Geeta, Jis Group, Iem Group, Itm, Abbs (naac), Nshm (Baliganj- Kolkata, Durgapur) and A.P. Goel Simla University.
