Foreign diplomats greet daily sun
A large number of foreign diplomats stationed in Dhaka visited the daily sun office to greet the national English daily on the occasion of its eighth founding anniversary.
Members of the diplomatic corps including Indian High Commissioner Harsh Vardhan Shringla, Brazilian Ambassador Joao Tabajara de Oliveira Junior, German Ambassador Peter Fahrenholtz, and Nepalese Ambassador Dr Chop Lal Bhusal visited the office of the new-generation daily at Bashundhara Residential Area to exchange greetings and expressed their best wishes to the journalists, management and employees of the daily sun.
Deputy Chief of Mission of the Chinese Embassy Chen Wei, Deputy France Ambassador Frank GRÜTZMACHER TÉCOURT, Charge de Affairs of the UAE embassy Abdullah Al-Hamoudi, Deputy Head of Mission of Embassy of Morocco Hamid Machhour, First Secretaries of the Indian High Commission—-Rajesh Uike, Nabanita Chakrabarti, and Lavanya Kumar—-Second Secretary of the Vietnam Embassy Son Bao Tran, and Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abdullah S. Al Essa visited the daily sun office to exchange greetings on this auspicious occasion.
Among others, head of Public Relations of Japanese Embassy Mai Tomori, Third Secretary of the Indonesian Embassy Fajar Primananda, Senior Public Affairs Adviser to the Canadian High Commission in Dhaka Shaheen Islam, and Ranjan Mondal, Press Attaché of the Indian High Commission in Dhaka also came to the office of the English daily to exchange greetings on its eighth founding anniversary.
Editor of the Daily Sun Enamul Haque Chowdhury accompanied by Executive Editor Shiabur Rahman Shihab and others welcomed the diplomats to the office of the daily all along the day.
