Bashundhara LP Gas hosts Iftar party in Dinajpur
Bashundhara LP Gas organised an ‘Iftar Meet’ for the retailers of LP gas in Dinajpur on Sunday.
The event titled ‘Iftar for celebrating brotherhood’ held at Parjatan Motel in the district town.
Officials informed the meeting that the usage of LPG has been increasing substantially considering its clean and environment-friendly properties, says a news release on Monday.
The average monthly sale of the BLPG was around 84 thousand units and the sale reached at 8 lakh units in last month. The numbers of sellers are also increased to 20 thousands.
There are 5 lakh cylinders in 127 upazilas of 16 districts of north Bengal of which 1,10,000 units are marketed by Bashundhara LPG, officials hoped that the figure will cross 2 lakh units within a few months.
Bashundhara LP Gas Head of Division (Sales) Meer TI Faruque Rizvi urged the retailers to reach the liquid gas to more marginal customers in North Bengal as the company installed three new distribution depots at Bogra, Syedpur and Fulbaria areas recently.
Among others, Bogra division sales incharge Ruhul Amin, Rangpur area manager Munshi Shameem and Dinajpur regional sales executive Lutfar Rahman were present on the occasion.
