Bashundhara Cement holds workshop
Bashundhara Cement, a cement brand of Bangladesh’s leading business conglomerate Bashundhara Group, organised a workshop for masons in Bhola to aware them of the best ways of constructing a building.
About 100 masons took part in the workshop held at M Rahman Community Centre in Bhola on Wednesday.
Ziarul Islam, AGM of Bashundhara Cement’s South Wing, attended the event as the chief guest. Md Rofizul Hossain, owner of Bashundhara Cement’s Bhola dealer MRS Amanat Trading, presided over the programme.
Md Abu Jafar, Sub-assistant Engineer of Local Government Engineering Department in Bhola, Sanjoy Kumar Sarkar, Barishal divisional DSM of Bashundhara Cement and Zamir Hossain, TSO of Bhola, were present.
Speaking on the occasion, chief guest and others said Bashundhara Cement has created a niche in the market like other products of the group.
The brand is being used in the construction of Padma Bridge, Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant, Mohipal Flyover and other mega projects because of its high quality.
The cement is being manufactured following VRM technology of Germany to boost the strength of any structure using the cement.
