Bashundhara Cement, a sister concern of the country’s leading business conglomerate Bashundhara Group, arranged a conference for masons in Satkhira on Monday.
Masons from different areas of Satkhira district took part in the conference held at a cottage in the city.
Md Imam Faruk, assistant general manager (sales) of Bashundhara Cement (West Zone), was present at the programme as the chief guest while renowned cultural personality Samima Parveen attended it as the special guest.
Ziaur Rahman, deputy manager of Bashundhara Cement (Khulna Division), and local distributors Salauddin and Ruhul Amin, among others, were also present on the occasion.
Kawsar Hossain, engineer (technical support) of Bashundhara Cement, made a power-point presentation on the technical aspects of Bashundhara Cement.
The programme was followed by a colourful cultural programme and raffle draw.
