Bashundhara Cement, a sister concern of the country’s leading business conglomerate Bashundhara Group, organised a conference for masons in Comilla on Thursday.
Around 75 masons from different areas of the district took part in the conference held at a restaurant in Comilla Cantonment area.
Mohammed Ali Khan, deputy manager (Comilla division) of Bashundhara Cement, attended the programme as the chief guest while Bashundhara Cement Daudkandi upazila distributor Md Taslim Hossain and Comilla Sadar (south) upazila distributor Md Shahidullah were present as special guests.
Engr Md Sharif and Engr Asaduzzaman made two visual presentations over the construction methodology and quality of Bashundhara Cement.
At the conference, speakers lauded ‘slag’ component, new elements of cement production, and automated technology in producing Bashundhara Cement.
At the end of the programme, Bashundhara Cement presented the 75 masons with the gifts.
