Bashundhara Cement, a sister concern of the country’s leading business conglomerate Bashundhara Group, exchanged views with masons at Masons’ Conference at a programme in the capital on Wednesday.
They talked about proper construction materials and technical aspects of construction at Chaipai Restaurant in Jatrabari in the capital.
Deputy General Manager (technical support) of Bashundhara Cement Engineer Soroj Kumar Barua, Divisional Sales Managers (Dhaka-1) of Bashundhara Cement Ahsanul Haque Shimul and Mazedur Rahman were present on the occasion.
Bashundhara Cement Deputy Manager Engineer Kudrat-e-Elahi made a PowerPoint presentation on the quality of Bashundhara Cement and its technical aspects.
Addressing the programme, Soroj Kumar said that Bashundhara Cement has the highest production capacity in the country.
“Bashundhara Cement is being used in the country’s iconic project Padma Bridge. It is also being used in the bridge construction project, Padma Bridge River training work and approach road,” he said.
Soroj Kumar told the masons that the Bashundhara Group will always be with their joys and sorrows.
Around one hundred masons participated in the event. Other officials of Bashundhara Cement were also present.
